AI-Supported Processing

OpenAI (ChatGPT API) – used to assist in structured data analysis, report drafting and internal processing logic.
AI tools are used as analytical support only.
No legally binding or certification decision is made solely through automated processing without human review.

Communication

Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 – used for business communication and document exchange.

Payment Processing

Airwallex – used to process payments and manage invoicing transactions.

Document Generation

Secure document tools are used to generate structured PDF reports and certification documents.

These service providers may process or store data on secure servers located outside Hong Kong.

Reasonable contractual and technical safeguards are implemented to protect data during such processing.

corbu.ex provides structured audit, assessment and certification services for hospitality operators.
All services are provided on a professional and independent basis.

corbu.ex does not provide legal, tax or financial advisory services.

2. Professional Nature of Assessments

All evaluations, KPI analyses, scoring models and certifications are based on the information submitted by the client and on defined internal assessment frameworks.

Results represent a structured performance assessment at a specific point in time.

3. Limitation of Liability

corbu.ex shall not be liable for business, financial, operational or strategic decisions taken by the client based on assessments, reports or certification results.

All services are provided without guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.

4. Certification Validity

Certificates issued by corbu.ex are valid for the defined certification period stated in the respective documentation.

Certification status may expire, be suspended or be withdrawn if:

• material information was incorrect or incomplete

• operational standards materially change

• recertification requirements are not met

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, scoring frameworks, certification systems, content, design elements and materials remain the intellectual property of corbu.ex Limited.

Clients may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any part of the system without written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with corbu.ex services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
